Vintage Levi's Denim Jacket for the Win
I will keep it short and sweet as I usually do! There's really not a lot of explaining that can go into a vintage Levi's denim jacket. I'd like to think in my world it speaks for itself, in all its awesomeness!! It's a staple, it's an essential, dress it up, dress it down, tie it around your waist….WHO knows what! I wear mine (I actually have 3 currently) all the time and I wear it most of the time with denim. Even if it is or isn't on a trend, I really love the way denim on denim works together with different colors and textures, its always unexpected and eclectic and I love it.
Oh and one last thing don't find yourself without a vintage denim jacket this season or any season for that matter! Just don't do it, there will be a few jackets coming to Fashion or Famine's Vintage store very very soon! wink, wink! SO don't miss out! There will be some other gems too!
Have a killer day!

A Jumpsuit is Always Right
Good morning to you!! It's been a little while since I've posted….so its good to get this rad little sucker of a jumpsuit up on here!!
Ok, I have a major thing for a jumpsuit, and I am always looking for new jumpsuits!! There is just certain things I am always shopping for…awesome, standout, and totally unpractical pieces and then my solids, jeans, crew neck sweatshirts, vintage Levi's shorts, fur, leather, and always a jumpsuit!! Talk about an easy way to dress! Throw it on with a pair of heels and your done!! It's the most minimalistic style of dressing and I love it!! So needless to say I saw this jumpsuit from Citizens of Humanity and it was a done deal. I love the denim chambray light wash, button up front, and most of all long sleeve with a super baggy elongated leg. There you have it, a good jumpsuit is a must!
Have a good day!!

Lace Up Leather and Fur
GOOD morning!!
So today's post is really simple, this is hands down my favorite combination! Fur and leather are a recipe for an all around great concoction! I am always drawn to fur, but this one with its rich emerald color kills it for me, and as impractical as one would think with the color its been my main cold weather staple in L.A.! The leather pants….don't even get me started about how much these suckers are my all time favorite leather pants! The slouchy fit and lace up sides are just too too darn good!
Have a great day!!!

Florida and Some Patches
Although it is now December (which is absolutely shocking to me how fast time fly's) !!! In L.A. only til recently its starting to get a little cold, so I couldn't help but to post a summer crop tee (literally cut right before these pictures were taken) and my patch jeans. I didn't think buying a pair of jeans covered in patches would be in constant rotation in my wardrobe, but they most definitely are!! I wear these jeans all the time and I'm finding more and more that sometimes the purchases for myself that are nowhere practical, I truly get the most wear out of them!! So take a chance!! Hopefully not just on jeans with patches!!
Have a great day!!!

Cadillac and the Boots
It's just not everyday that you see a Cadillac in this pristine of condition, you know?! I am a huge lover of all old cars and would love one myself (a 67' Chevelle to be exact) however, this Cad was really inspiration nation if you know what I mean! I've been patiently waiting to wear these new over the knee boots out and about and now its finally time, perfect for fall in L.A. ! All you need is a warm sweater or jacket, a great pair of over the knee boots and of course a pair of vintage cutoffs! Done and done!
Have a super awesome day!

Nothing like a men's tuxedo shirt turned into a dress!
You would never deny that a white shirt is an essential, but an arsenal of good white shirts may be essential as well! You can never ever go wrong with a white shirt! So many options, so many ways to wear it. I found this tuxedo version when vintage shopping recently and I thought it would be the perfect dress/shirt/layering piece...you name it! Obviously it can be worn many ways, half way unbuttoned with leather pants, or shorts, who knows maybe with a sequin mini! Either way its a new go to for my wardrobe!! Nothing like a men's tuxedo shirt turned dress!
Have a super awesome day!

Nothing wrong with a little snakeskin
Good Morning!!!!
I love to constantly be on the look out for really good pieces that I know I will get a ton of wear out of, jumpsuits, shorts, crew necks, etc. However, the thing I actually look for and will invest more money is the pieces I really don't need and that are more of a statement! Chances are I will wear the heck out of it!! This snakeskin skirt is one of those pieces! It's by no means an everyday piece, but its a definite go to and can be worn so many different ways! You just can't beat a little multi colored snakeskin and a huge slit!!
Have an awesome day!!!!
