Vintage Goodness in a Crisp White Shirt and Denim

Good morning!!

Well, is it any surprise that there is some kind of denim in my outfit, nor is it that its mostly vintage? Nope I don't think it is! My essentials, denim cutoff shorts and a crisp white shirt (which no one should ever be without in their wardrobe)!  I have been wearing more vintage then ever lately and I can't get enough, and why would I?  It's really just too good!  Worn in gems that you won't be able to find another exactly like…. its really pretty awesome! With this said I am getting ready to relaunch my blog and vintage store (here) within the next couple of weeks and I am SO excited!  I will be updating the store with new vintage arrivals weekly, so keep your eyes peeled on @shop_fashionorfamine on Instagram! Denim Adventure

It's really no surprise at all that I am yet again in a denim ensemble, and why would I want it any other way!  This is an oldie vintage Lee denim jumper that caught my eye the other day and I decided to no longer wear it buttoned but make it in to my own personal vintage wrap dress, and tie it off with a vintage gold belt, and ya know what?!  Its my new jam!  So….here's to a little adventure!!

Winter Wonderland Extravaganza

Good Morning!!!! So exciting it's Friday!!!

This Saturday in Los Angeles I will have a booth at this amazingly awesome event, Winter Wonderland Extravaganza!  I will be selling all sorts of goodies including pieces from our vintage store, but then I will also be selling some pieces out of my closet that are new and vintage so you definitely don't want to miss it!!! Rain Calls for a White Blazer and a Blue Beanie

Good Morning!

Oh my gosh, I cannot believe its December already and really, I couldn't be more excited about it!  I have been doing some major hunting for those super special vintage pieces that will be perfect for the Holidays and they are already up on the Fashion or Famine Vintage Store and there will be more coming this week!!  Also, next weekend I will be at my dear friends Flea Market along with a few other bloggers, DJ's, restaurants and you seriously DON'T want to miss out!! I will give you more information this week!  Anyways on to today's post......

One of those vintage gems I've been talking about is this amazing vintage white blazer, and to be honest this one is a little hard to give up, but "c'est la vie" it is up for the grabs.  I could have styled this puppy many different ways, but really, I wanted to stick with the simplicity of how awesome a simple chic white blazer with gold buttons and strong shoulders can be.  I wore it as a dress with my favorite booties and a beanie and called it a day.

Holiday Gold

Hello and good morning!!!  

I can't even believe its the holiday season already, let alone Thanksgiving next week and I couldn't be more excited about it!!  It's definitely one of my favorite holiday's if not my favorite!!  In lieu of the holiday season its time to wear as much gold as possible (even though I do this year round!)  

Today's look is all about my gold skirt I seriously can't get enough of!!  If you didn't know this already, I LOVE gold so much, a major chunk of my wardrobe consists of gold, and in my opinion it works the same way black does, it goes with everything!!  I have been getting a ton a wear out of this skirt and so for this I decided to keep it simple with a super old ripped up vintage white tee and my studded booties.         Also if your wondering how I'm wearing a tee and a skirt towards the end of November its because to be honest it just really hasn't gotten cold here yet!!  Looking forward to bundling up for the cold season!!

My Uniform

TOP of the morning to you!!

Today's post is seriously a peek into what I wear everyday, seriously.  I wear some version of this outfit at least every week.  As I've mentioned before, I really am a t-shirt and jeans (or in most cases t-shirt and cutoffs) kinda girl.  It of course depends on what I am doing, but when I'm working I like to not fuss, keep it simple.  This way, it makes putting on my favorite gold pieces or something extra eccentric, an absolute blast to wear!

Anyways, I'm sporting a new vintage tee, old Diesel jeans that I seriously love, and my coat from a few years ago.  Also, I know I've already mentioned it but in case you haven't heard there is a few new arrivals that will be coming to Fashion or Famine vintage store, and you really shouldn't miss out, they are some of my favorite pieces yet!!  Keep staying tuned!!  Oh and one last thing, there is still a few items left that are on super sale so don't forget to check those out as well!!
