My Little Vintage Dress

This is my new vintage dress that KillitSlayer saw a mile away on a recent thrift store hunt, and obviously was a done deal as soon as I tried that sucker on!  It's just a really easy beachy dress that I will probably wear a lot with flats this summer.  My real favorite with this outfit is the shoes.  These are my new shoes that I bought myself for my birthday which is a month away mind you, but I'm very particular and if I find that special thing I know that I've got to buy it right away!  Anyways I hope you had an awesome Fourth of July!

American Made

This is my outfit post in honor of the Fourth of July coming up, of course I had to show how proud I am to be an American with this bright red swimsuit that I obviously bought for the Fourth.  However, realized that I would definitely not be doing an outfit post on the actual day.  This is what I'm wearing most of the time to be honest, cutoffs, tanks, sandals and you will usually see me in Venice maybe skating around enjoying everything Venice has to offer.  Hope everyone has a very happy Fourth of July!!!

Instagram Like You Mean It

As per usual a few of my Instagram pics from the week!
Top to bottom, left to right, is my new favorite bracelet from Ascot Friday, and the rhinestone bracelet from the flea market last week (yippee!).  My outfit post with my favorite Stetson hat and Kill it Slayer's vintage belt (which is also one of my favorites).  Fresh pink tulips. Quite possibly my favorite pair of shoes ever but to be honest was a little iffy about at first, and now LOVE! Sometimes a Stetson Hat and Vintage Snake Belt Does an Outfit Right

That Stetson hat was such a major find back in the day when I bought it!  I didn't wear it much and now I get so much wear out of it!  You have to have yourself a good hat that goes with everything, especially in the hot summer months of L.A. (which I love!) you like to have a little shade.  Needless to say this is that hat for me!  The snake belt is vintage AND is my favorite belt ever, and to be honest I don't really wear a lot of belts....but this one is just so good!

Black Leather With A Hint of Pink

Hello! Happy Monday!

If I haven't told you already, I truly love myself a silky button up, and this one from Equipment will be a summer essential for me.  I just adore the pastel color that can be worn so many different ways.  I am always looking for really versatile pieces to invest in.  Unless its ridiculously outlandish and I love it. Which is usually the case.  I also have for some time now been on the hunt for statement necklaces, I can't get enough of them!  They so easily add a different look to any outfit! The bigger and the bolder the better! What are your summer essentials?
