Red and Gold in the City

Good morning!!  I think it goes without saying, but I will say it anyways, I am a huge 49ers fan (if the jacket doesn't explain itself)!   For those of you who were enjoying the game on Sunday, it was a tough one, but as I have said before, and I will say again, I'm a 49ers fan always!

This jacket is a true gem if I do say so myself.  I've found myself really loving the satin bomber as a whole, and I would be lying if I said I didn't have my eye on a few other satin bombers....I LOVE this one from Zara, which you can find here! I paired this vintage gem of a jacket with these G Star denim that I have been pretty much living in as of late and there you have it!

I hope you are having such an awesome week!!

B-b-b-b-eanie and the Jets

Well hello there and I hope you are having a seriously rad week so far!! hehe! Not to mention, I hope you had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving!!

I am really all about trying to get into the cold weather looks, but seriously its just been so darn warm in L.A.!!  I'm not saying I'm complaining, but I really could use just a little cold weather and maybe even some snow!!!  I have however, been able to bust out the ol' beanie and oh man I love this beanie so much!!  So why not throw it on with a black cocktail dress!

I had needed a black dress as very specific attire for an event, and of course I knew exactly what I wanted the dress to look like (well, to be honest I wanted the Balenciaga black ruffle skirt with a high slit from their past runway collection to be completely honest!).  Either way, I wanted volume and I wanted a big shoulder.  So I searched high and low and after much hem and haw I found this one in the most unexpected vintage store, and the minute I slipped it on it was mine.  So there you have it!

Talk to you soon!

Lego

Hello, Hello!!
I hope your Monday is starting off great so far, and you had an awesome weekend!

I would like to start off by saying that most people probably love to wear jeans on a regular basis (which is amazing and I love myself a good pair of jeans), but I probably have worn this gold skirt at least three different times this week!  I really don't joke around about the fact that I love gold.   The part I love most about this skirt though, is its ruffle detail that to some may seem a bit 80's, but to me it seems very modern, and it adds a sense of volume and shape to the skirt that is awesome!   One last thing, I cannot even begin to tell you how much I adore this Lego clutch.  There is not much more to say about it other than, its a LEGO clutch!  With this said, to me, sometimes its really the accessories that make an outfit!

Talk to you later!!

Vintage Leather

Ahh yes, the leather vest.  Oh what a vest this is....this is unequivocally the coolest leather vest ever! Wait just a minute though, its not just a vest its a leather jacket (the sleeves zip off, thats right, you read that correctly), its vintage and it's Kill it Slayer's!  I mean you really have no idea what an eye he has, and really how rad his style is.  Then you get my vintage taste in the mix and I'm trying on all sorts of outfits with his pieces!! I mention a lot that I borrow things from Kill it Slayer, and this is because he truly has THE best eye for vintage and see's trends before they are happening and really can make anything cool!  So there you have it, that explains why I borrow so many of his phenomenal pieces! Plus, to be honest I can be a bit of a tom boy at times, and in all honesty I like to try anything different! I love how styling/wearing something a certain way can really change how the pieces looks so drastically.

As for the rest of the look I'm super into my new Bluelab waxed jean shorts, and the teal tank is a gift from a very special and dear friend, the shoes are my Camilla Scovgaard stand by's, and I wasn't kidding when I said I haven't stopped wearing my Jennifer Fisher spidey cuff, and I also haven't stopped wearing my Aubrey rings from Gorjana!

Hope you have a great rest of the week!!

Baseball Cap and a Killer Cuff

Well, I just have to say, this outfit was truly a blast to wear/photograph!  I love mixing such unconventional pieces together.  The idea of this glamourous gold sequin dress with its one-arm-80's-goodness and thrown together with a floral baseball cap and my new favorite addition: this amazing spider cuff from Jennifer Fisher, which I can't even begin to tell you how much I love!  It was a beyond special gift for my birthday from Kill it Slayer and I have definitely not stopped wearing it since I put it on.  So there you have it!

Have a wonderful rest of the week!!

Man oh man, such a busy week its been!  Lots of really amazing things in the works and I really can't wait to share! So stay tuned for some goodies to come!

This is absolutely my new favorite dress from the designer Single Dress....I am so loving everything about it! The fit is perfect, its got a relaxed fit with low cut, pockets and multi colored sequins to boot!  I found that any shoe or accessory looked great with this dress, but I of course ended up with a my killer stand by's (Camilla Scovgaard heels).  This is the perfect dress for any occasion..I will most definitely be wearing this dress all summer!

Black Leather With A Hint of Pink

Hello! Happy Monday!

If I haven't told you already, I truly love myself a silky button up, and this one from Equipment will be a summer essential for me.  I just adore the pastel color that can be worn so many different ways.  I am always looking for really versatile pieces to invest in.  Unless its ridiculously outlandish and I love it. Which is usually the case.  I also have for some time now been on the hunt for statement necklaces, I can't get enough of them!  They so easily add a different look to any outfit! The bigger and the bolder the better! What are your summer essentials?

Pink, Paisley, and A Half Tuck

Ahh here we are again with the half tuck, I wasn't kidding when I said this is my summer uniform.  I like a laid back style while adding a little sophistication.  These are some of my favorite pieces in my everyday wardrobe, I am always wearing and looking for classic well fitted button ups, silky shorts and killer high heels!

A Walk in the Streets

I really enjoy a good dress.  However, lately I find that my wardrobe could really use more separates....and I'm loving searching for them!  A pencil skirt and a cropped tank is really one of my favorite looks right now, and is so fresh and easy to wear.
