Leather and Mesh

Well hello there, and GOOD morning!!

Let me just start by saying that mesh is really doing it for me this season.  I love the texture and I love how interesting it can make such a simple shirt.  Mesh is definitely the way to go ALL the time!  I am such a huge fan of simplicity, as you may know, so I wanted to keep it simple with one of my favorite black leather skirts!

Motion in the Ocean

Good Morning!!  I hope you have just been having an awesome week!!  It's been a very busy week for me.  I was in Las Vegas last weekend for one of my best friends birthday's and came back and hit the ground running...we've all done it, but boy oh boy, its been a busy one!

I have been finding some new vintage pieces that I can't wait to share with you soon, and hopefully you will love them as much as I do!  As for the Fashion or Famine Vintage Store, is there any pieces you happen to be looking for?  I would love to know so I can keep my eye out!!  I've had a few questions about some of the pieces I've recently Instagrammed, but some are just my vintage treasures that I've had for a very long time that unfortunately, are not up for sale.  However, I am trying to find similar pieces for you to buy!  Anyways, stay tuned and there will be some exciting pieces to come!!

Today's look is just so gosh darn easy with this super beachy skirt and one of my favorite vintage raglan tee's!  I really didn't need much else besides (of course) a studded boot and my new favorite vintage belt.   I say it all the time, but I love bold pieces that keep it simple.  Skirt, top, belt, studded boot, done!!

It's a Jumpsuit!

I can't tell you how much fun this jumpsuit is!!!  Seriously, when this jumpsuit was discovered in a thrift store, smooshed in between two not so great nightgowns, I thought it had some major potential but I had absolutely no where to try it on and didn't have any time either...so I went for it!  It really could have been a complete hit, or a complete miss at that time! However, it DEFINITELY turned out to be a complete win.  How often to you get to wear a jumpsuit like this?  The possibilities of styling it are endless!  I love the bright green turquoise, the 80's style fit, and the simplicity of you slip it on and thats your whole outfit!
I will just say the accessories are what bring this bad boy to life, a great little vintage gold belt and some bright shades, with my favorite cuffs and there you go!

Daiquiri Delight

Good Morning!!

I hope you had an amazing weekend!!

The dress in this look was actually suppose to be for my birthday but due UPS delivering my package quite a bit late,  I had to throw something together the day of and it worked out awesome!!!  However, when this dress arrived and I tried it on, I had to keep it!  The color is the most sublime daiquiri color (a mix of yellow green) and has cut outs on the side and back....perfect for summer! You really can't ever have too many great go-to dresses in your wardrobe!

It's Instant, it's a Gram, and it's Friday!

HAPPY Friday!!!

Wow, what a week it's been!! I am getting more and more excited to share some news with you, that I've been hinting at for quite sometime now!! It's coming into its final stages and I can announce the exciting news very very soon!! So as per usual....STAY TUNED!!!!

So here we go a little recap on the Instagram! It was my birthday week last week so really most of the pictures are my dearest friends and I celebrating!  I threw in a couple of other gems as well.   So top to bottom, left to right.  The best birthday banner I have EVER seen from Noah Dean, next is Noah and I are with are party peep glasses, some rad DIY shorts and my favorite Gorjana rings that you can find here, and last but not least my new awesome vintage crewneck sweatshirt that I can't wait to wear this fall!

Baseball Cap and a Killer Cuff

Well, I just have to say, this outfit was truly a blast to wear/photograph!  I love mixing such unconventional pieces together.  The idea of this glamourous gold sequin dress with its one-arm-80's-goodness and thrown together with a floral baseball cap and my new favorite addition: this amazing spider cuff from Jennifer Fisher, which I can't even begin to tell you how much I love!  It was a beyond special gift for my birthday from Kill it Slayer and I have definitely not stopped wearing it since I put it on.  So there you have it!

Tangerine

Well Good Morning!  This last weekend as my Birthday Weekend and what an incredible weekend it was!  I can't even begin to explain what truly beyond wonderful people are in my life.  I will definitely be posting some pics later on from the big celebration!

This outfit is so tropical, and I'm all around ready to go on vacation with this bad boy!  I can't get enough of my new orange visor!  I really think that the right accessories go a long way when it comes to an outfit.  I have mentioned before that I haven't stopped wearing my laser aviators, and I still haven't!  I have a feeling the orange visor and tropical jumpsuit will be getting a ton of wear the rest of the summer as well!

Summer Black

Hello, Hello!!

As you can see, my new fav for summer has clearly become my laser aviators.  Not only are they super cool, but I also really can't get over how much I love the name of them as well!  They are just such a rad accessory and I recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a bit of fun with their wardrobe!

I haven't worn all black in quite awhile, as I really LOVE color and bold prints, but never underestimate the amazingness of an all black outfit, especially with the right accessories!  So there you have it!
